Franzell is a small kennel, now located to  Oxford North Canterbury in the South Island  of New Zealand. After moving to South Australia in the 1980's , I met Chris Carroll {Eltarin Crested's] that I fell in love with this wonderful wee dog,and got my first Crested  Aust Ch Eltarin "Puff N Stuff" he was the first Puff to be shown in South Australia and get his title.I have been involved in the breed ever since, All my dog's are home raised and loved as pet's , Most Important is Temperament and Health,and focusing on correct type and Coats.

    I use the best of New Zealand and International line's that are available to me ,In order to breed sound and happy  Chinese Crested's. All my Dog's are health checked and are DNA tested.
